During weekly sprint demos, he confidently and articulately demonstrated his work, showing great attention to detail and a deep understanding of the product.

Ashish is a product-minded engineer who is passionate about delivering value to users. He was hired straight out of the Turing school boot camp, and he quickly learned the legacy system, dusted off cobwebs on technical debt, and lifted the code base for better quality and maintainable outcomes.

One standout project that Ashish worked on was a Google Analytics integration. He single-handedly wired the entire application with Google Analytics, helping gather analytics and statistics for the team to provide insights and priority. His work on this project was instrumental in helping our team make data-driven decisions and improve the user experience.

Ashish is a very passionate developer who took it upon himself to complete every task that came his way with due diligence and a strong emphasis on clean and maintainable code. I had the opportunity to peer program with Ashish many times and found he was very quick to understand anything I would guide him on, and very quick to learn even the more complicated sections of our codebase. He reliably completed any features that he took on and did so in a timely manner without sacrificing the quality of the code in the process.

Ashish is always looking to improve his skill set and it shows. There have been multiple different situations where he didn't settle for simply solving the ticket, but instead took the initiative to improve on the way we went about it. He has on countless occasions gone the extra mile to not just find the path of least resistance, but to also innovate wherever possible. In one such case he took it upon himself to not just implement the minimal viable product, but to bring in technologies such as Next.js and Tailwind CSS into the project and take it beyond our original goal. Thanks to his efforts, we were able to implement specifications we originally felt were beyond the scope of our timeline, which made all the difference to making this project a rousing success.

I firmly believe Ashish is a resourceful and invaluable asset and highly recommend him to any team.
